I bought this for my anniversary to surprise my husband and trust me, it worked. It comes with a headpiece, a neckpiece, and a feather duster all for about half the price I was expecting to pay. It does have garters so I'd suggest getting some thigh highs to go with it. If you're worried about it not fitting, the lace in the front allows for some adjusting.
However, I wouldn't suggest this as a Halloween costume or anything that you'd wear outside the house because it's short. Peek-a-boo short.
